Hello guys, I want to share with you our built-for-digital-nomads villa in Kastel Stari, a Dalmatia region, right next to the city of Split. (Croatia)
What can I say, this house is simply ideal for digital nomads (I am actually one of you – working as a web developer, currently in Zagreb).
Located only 100 meters from the sea/promenade, few steps away from the bars, restaurants, public transportation, food & fish market (organic food from locals).
The airport is 10 minutes away, the city of Split & Trogir are first neighbors, and plenty of nearby islands to explore.
For sports buffs – the gym is 5minutes away, and I personally have equipment for sea activities such as surfing/sailing/supping, etc.
The villa is fully equipped with everything – heated pool, garden, bbq wooden grill, parking spots, a rooftop area, sea view, mountain view, heated floors, fast internet,(50 Mbit/s downloads, 30 Mbit/s uploads), Netflix, an ergonomic desk in every room, comfortable working chairs and a whiteboard.
You can share a house (up to 8 people) if you are a group of friends or colleagues or you want to share/luxury space for this autumn/winter time.
